Print Screen First get the layout you want on your monitor, then hit the PRINT SCREEN key. Next Open up a blank Word document or
another word processor or drawing/graphics program. Select the edit menu, then paste.
Extra tip: Hitting Alt+Print Screen at the same time
copies the active window to the clipboard and not the
whole screen.
