Please read the End-User License Agreement below before installing the software.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, promptly destroy all copies you may have of this software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Object Connect grants to you as an individual a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use one copy of the executable code on a single computer system for your personal, non-commercial use and evaluation.

Object Connect and its suppliers retain title and all ownership rights to the SOFTWARE.
You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE except and
only to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

2. TERM OF AGREEMENT

The term of this Agreement commences upon your receipt of the SOFTWARE and may be
terminated at any time by Object Connect, SARL.

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the Agreement.
On termination, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

This SOFTWARE is provided without warranty for evaluation purposes only.
The SOFTWARE is provided "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING
FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTIBILITY, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

4. REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS

There are no redistributable components in this evaluation version. You must acquire a
commercial version in order to distribute any executables built with Smalltalk MT.

5. COPYRIGHT

The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

IMPORTANT

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the
terms of this agreement. You may not permit other individuals to use the SOFTWARE
except under the terms listed above, you may not copy the SOFTWARE (except for backup
purposes), you may not rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights to the SOFTWARE.
